First, I cannot wait to watch our members continue to grow into amazing women. Everyday I see members receive internships, ace tests, become members of an academic honor society and get more involved on campus. We as Tri Delta women continually push each other to be the best that we can be. I am also excited to spend time with our new members and watch them grow into fantastic Tri Delta women. Lastly, I cannot wait to watch Kappa Chapter's officers grow into such great leaders throughout this fall semester. A letter from our Vice President of Recruitment:

We had an outstanding formal recruitment this year. Tri Delta welcomed 54 new members into our sisterhood and have maintained a 98% retention rate. We are so happy with the new members that we recruited, and they are enjoying their new member period with new member educator Jessica Reiser. They will be initiated on October 3rd. Thank you, alumni, for all of your encouragement and support through my term as Vice President of Membership

A letter from our Philanthropy chair:

Our annual pancake feed, Flapjack, is Thursday September 24th! We are offering an alumni and family time from 7PM-9PM and will open the event to the public from 9PM-2AM. Tickets are $5 from any Tri Delta prior to the event or $6 at the door. We will be having unlimited pancakes, a raffle prize table at $1 per ticket, and a fraternity pancake eating contest later on in the evening. ALL of our proceeds will go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. During the 2014-2015 school year, we raised over $64,350 for the hospital! We had 1,225 people attend our last philanthropy and raised $13,700 in a single evening. So, we are hoping to break our own record from last year and hope that you are able to join us! If you are unable to attend Flapjack but would still like to make a donation to St. Jude, stop by the house anytime or make checks payable to Delta Delta Delta - Kappa Chapter. We are extremely excited for Flapjack and would love to see you all there! If you have any questions, contact Danielle Kostal at (402) 570-5327 or [email protected].
