Personalized Student Learning Plan(PSLP)Class of 2013

The Personalized Student Learning Plan (PSLP), introduced last year, is a formalized plan and process that involves students setting learning goals based on personal, academic and career interests with

close support of adult mentors that include teachers, counselors, and parents. The Guidance Department will continue to assist students in the 10th grade with the development of their individual

plans during the 2010-11 school year.

Planned Activities Include: • Career Interest Inventory • Resume’ Update • Career/College Fair • Five Planned Transition Project Activities • Guest Career Speakers • Electronic PSLP housed in Career Cruising Online System & Weblockers • STAR Reader Inventory • Let Me Learn Connections Inventory/Review • Scheduled Parent/Student Evening Activity • Service Learning Project • Parents’ Pal Wiki, which is an online communication tool for parents to promote dialog regarding the

PSLP. The PSLP link ( can be found under the Parents’ Page of the Delsea Website. You are encouraged to view information regarding our many activities that the class of 2013 completed during the 2009-2010 school year.
