We followed a set of guiding principles

The S/4 global template will be used by new internal customers

• Localization will be limited to legal, regulatory and compliance requirements as well as any local system integrations

The GFS service catalogue will be adopted by new member firms

• By default, a 'lift and shift' approach will be followed to reduce risk and ensure quality and consistency of service

An integrated, business, finance and technology team will deliver MF migrations
