Beginning Birding

everyone can go birding to enjoy, seeing birds and even identify them. We will discuss how to watch birds and will observe their behaviors that are both interesting and important for identification. We will learn how to listen to songs and the best way to describe them and discern them between species. Some birds will need binoculars to really get to know, while some you can use your naked eyes and understand what they are. All birding levels are welcome, especially those just starting out. Absolute beginners will learn all about what it is to be a birder and what to look for when watching them, while advanced birders still will learn about the special birds that call the DuPont environmental education center their home.
