DEED OF WAIVER OF LEASEHOLD RIGHTS AND INTERESTS

This Deed of Waiver of Leasehold Rights and Interest made and entered in the

Municipality of Del Gallego, Camarines Sur, Philippines by SAMMY B. ARINGO, hereinafter

referred to as the First Party, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen and a resident of Brgy.

Catabangan, Ragay, Camarines Sur in favor of RENE D. BERJAMIN of lega age, marrid and a

resident of Poblacion Zone 1, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur herein after referred to as the Second

Party respectively;

WHEREAS, the herein first party admits and confirms that she is a Fishpond Lease

Agreement(FLA) Holder with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources over a fishpond

area of 12 hectares, move or less located at Brgy. Sabang, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur formelycovered by FLA. No. 4670.

WHEREAS, the herein First Party hereby cedes, relinguised and waived his leasehold

rights and interests over 12.0 hectares of said fishpond area in favor of RENE BERJAMIN herein

after referred to as the Second Party.

WHEREAS, by virtue of this contract, the second party hereby accept the waiver of

leasehold rights and interest over 12.0 hectares made by the first party.

WHEREAS, by virtue of this Deed, the first party also waives in favor of the Second Partyall rights and interest of the fishpond area/properties identified, and the second party to be

responsible for maintenance and development of the fishpond area.

IN WITNESS, THEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signature this _______ day of
