Deck the Halls

30% booking total deposit is required upon confirmation of either your private or shared party night. Final numbers and menu choices are requested by Sunday 1st November 2020. Subject to final numbers on each party night, these parties will either be hosted in the Waterford Suite then party in the Lower Deck or using the Lower Deck, Waterford Suite & Upper Deck for the larger parties. If you wish to be located in a particular suite or on a particular table, please advise the team and

we will be able to reserve this for you. Subject to availability upon confirmation of booking. All prices are inclusive of VAT.6

Our Christmas parties are perfect for a team night out or a gathering of friends, as you enjoy delicious dishes and a great festive atmosphere. This year, we have four great Christmas party options for you:

1) CHRISTMAS PARTIES: FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS

For those wanting a real Christmas ‘party’ without the need to organise one for themselves, our Friday & Saturday night shared party events include a delicious festive 3-course dinner, followed by DJ

and dancing until midnight.

2) CHRISTMAS PARTIES: THURSDAYS

If you’re looking for something a little less ‘party-esque’ and more economical, our Thursday night shared party events feature the same delicious 3-course festive menu as Fridays & Saturdays, but with Christmas-

themed background music instead of DJs and dancing.

3) PRIVATE PARTIES

Exclusively hire of our ‘Lower Deck’ event space, with its own private bar and dance floor, or one of our three other impressive event rooms.

4) PRIVATE DINING

For those looking for a private or group dinner, up to 20 guests, Alex has created a special festive set menu to serve in any of our event rooms or in the Upper Deck restaurant. Or you may opt for his 6-course

Christmas tasting menu instead of the set menu.

WEDNESDAY 23RD DECEMBER Make the most of your Christmas break and check in on Monday 23rd December. In the evening, relax with a drink in the Upper Deck Bar & Restaurant, taking in the stunning harbour views and enjoy dinner from our à la carte menu.

CHRISTMAS EVE After a full English breakfast, the day is yours to spend as you wish. The festivities begin with an indulgent afternoon tea and mulled wine, served from 3.30pm till 4.30pm. Then why not take the time to discover the local area, or unwind in our luxury HarSPA? In the evening, you'll be treated to a festive dinner in the Upper Deck.

CHRISTMAS DAY Wake up to the sunrise glistening over the water, starting the day with a full English breakfast. Share presents under the tree or take a stroll along Mudeford Quay, building up an appetite for your delicious 4-course Christmas Day lunch.

In the evening a Christmas buffet will be served in the Waterford Suite from 7pm. Be sure to come down early to hear the carol singers. Then relax with your favourite book in front of the fire or on our heated terrace overlooking the harbour.

BOXING DAY Boxing Day is all about enjoying a well-earned lie in with the morning papers, followed by a leisurely breakfast. Look out for Father Christmas arriving at the hotel by boat!

The day is then yours to enjoy. For the energetic amongst you, a bracing walk along the beach, or an afternoon exploring the New Forest, finished with a pint of real ale in a country pub is what we would recommend! For those seeking a little ‘me time’, make the most of our luxurious HarSPA. Why not indulge in a treatment too?

In the evening, you’ll enjoy the Upper Deck’s 4-course set menu.

SUNDAY 27th DECEMBER On the 27th December, take pleasure in a full English breakfast before packing your bag and saying your goodbyes... or why not stay with us a little longer? Additional nights available from £160 per couple, per night, including dinner, bed and breakfast, up to 30th December.

NEW YEAR’S DAY Wake up on New Year’s Day to a relaxing morning with breakfast served between 8am and 10.30am. Enjoy every minute of your final day with us - relax in the spa, read a book by the fire or explore Christchurch and the surrounding areas, before dinner in the Upper Deck.

• Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days.

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.

• Final payment required 4 weeks prior to the event.

• One payment is appreciated i.e. no individual payments from attendees.

• If payments are made via BAC’s then group name and event date must be used as the reference.

• Food & wine pre-orders must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to your party date.

• By signing your party night agreement, you authorise Harbour Hotels to charge the card details on file for all tickets, pre-ordered food and wine and use as guarantee for bedroom reservations.

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• We recommend that bookings are made on minimum/confirmed guests numbers. Increasing numbers is subject to availability. Charges apply for any decrease in contracted numbers (either loss of deposit or full balance) within 4 weeks of event and/or any decrease in numbers.

• If a pre-ordered wine is out of stock we will replace this with a wine of similar or better quality.

• Account bar charges - Must be paid in advance prior to the event any credit left on the account will be refunded via a voucher to spend in the future at the hotel.

• The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time.

• Under no circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable or transferable except in the event of cancellation by the hotel.

• A contract must be signed and returned to confirm you have read and understand the terms and conditions.

• Hotel is unable to make amendments to bookings within 10 working days of event date.

• Allocated room for event can be changed without prior notice based on business requirements.

• Any entertainment provided by the hotel are professionals and use their experience to provide a service which is suitable for a variety of tastes rather than focusing on one genre.

CHRISTMAS DAY & NEW YEARS EVE DINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Full pre-payment is due by 1st December 2020.

• Bookings made after the 1st December 2020 require full pre-payment and are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.
