Miha AndrićMiha is a successful European coach, Head of Education at Pro et Contra DebateInstitute,HeadofFacultyatESUTurkeyDebateAcademies,TurkeyNationalTeamcoachWSDC2015SingaporeandSloveniaNational teamcoachWSDC2016,memberoffacultyatseveralinternationaldebateacademies(IDAS,WSDA,ESUTURKEY,CroatianDebateCamp)andmentorofBežigradhighschoolDebateclub.CurrentlyMihaisthedirectoroftheInstituteforLabourStudies(Slovenia)andresearcheratformerWorkers andPunks University. Matuš HubaMatúš brings the experience of aEuropean judge, coach and a trainerwho’s been involved indebating for the past eleven years. His experience includes serving as a Chief Adjudicator forSlovakia,memberoftheNationalTrainingCommitteeforSlovakDebateAssociationandorganizerofBratislavaSchoolsDebatingCompetition2013-2014.Currently,heenjoysthedebateworldasatrainerandlectureratanumberofinternationaldebateacademies(WSDA,ESUTurkey)andasaninternationaladjudicator.MatúšsuccessfullyfinishedthepostgraduateInternationalandEuropeanLawStudiesProgrammeattheUniversityofAntwerpandcurrentlyfurtherstudieslawattheCharlesUniversityinPragueandworksasanAssistantattheDepartmentofAsylumLawandaParalegalforamajorlawfirm.Atthemoment,healsoemployshisdebatingskillsattheEuropeanLawMootCourtCompetition.Inhisfreetime,you'llprobablyfindhimrunningtotheairportexcitedlytoflyoffyetagain.

Rhydian MorganRhydianisaninternationallyacclaimedinstructorwhohastaughtdebate,rhetoric,andcommunicationtheoryandskills, on fourcontinents, inover thirtydifferentcountries,and tostudents fromallovertheworld.Agraduate inModernLanguages,Philosophy,Linguistics,Law,andTheatre,hefocusesontheconstructionof logicalarguments,andtheperformanceofdelivery.Hehasalsoconductedwiderstudy intothepsychologyofcommunication,andhowthebrain’sbiasesaffectcognitiveprocessesofdataanalysisandmemory,andwhatthismeansforaudiencepersuasion.Heiscurrentlylookingatdominantnarrativesinmediaandpoliticaldiscourse,andtheimpactoftheseasmotivatorsinsociety,anddevelopingnewcoursesinspecialistcommunicationforprofessionals.

Bojan MarjanovicBojan Marjanović is a coach with 13 years experience working with highschoool students andteachers.Whenhe'snotrunningCroatiandebatesocietyofwhichheisthepresident,heworksas a professional public speaking and debate coach in the private sector, with various politicalparties in Europe and as youth trainerwithCroatian youth national agency inYouth inActionandErasmus+programmes.HehascoachedofCroatiannationalteamsince2007,participatedat fourWSDC tournaments, numerous debate tournaments and academies acrossEurope andorganisesSummerdebatecampforelementaryandhighschoolstudentsfromCroatiaforthepast10yearsandWinterholidaysopenforthepastthreeyears.
