The Changing Lives Together Foundation is a non-profit registered charity that works to support the programs and services of Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare (HDGH). HDGH is a premium healthcare centre offering Rehabilitation Services; Specialized Mental Health & Addictions; Complex Medical and Palliative Care; and Children and Youth Mental Health Services. We have a unique blended model of specialized inpatient beds; outpatient residential beds; as well as outpatient and community services.

This year, the Changing Lives Together Foundation in partnership with In Honour of the Ones We Love, Inc. is proud to hold the 2018 Charity Golf Classic. All funds raised through this event will support HDGH.

In Honour has been a supporter of HDGH for many years, dating back to our Ouellette campus. At our current campus, on Prince Road, In Honour has renovated our gift shop and cafeteria located in the Dr. Y. Emara Centre for Healthy Aging and Mobility, bringing back much needed food services for our patients, visitors and staff in the Emara Building. Now lunch is served on weekdays in the cafeteria and the volunteer coffee bar is run in the evenings and on weekends. In Honour also funds the Honourable Little Ninja’s Therapeutic Martial Arts program at HDGH’s Regional Children’s Centre. On an annual basis, they deliver blankets to our patients in our palliative wing and have funded a blanket warmer to provide additional comfort on the unit.

In Honour is committed to continuing their work at HDGH and together, we are asking for your support. The Charity Golf Classic will take place on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Essex Golf and Country Club in LaSalle, ON. Community partnerships are the key to our fundraising success and we hope that you will consider participating in this event.
