Self-Assessment Workshop
My goal for this questionnaire is to help you create a framework that will help you shape your present mindset and ambitions to a sustainable action plan to achieve your goals in the foreseeable future with that in mind. Let’s begin.
I. Environment

II. Satisfaction
What makes you happy?
What do you like?
What don’t you like?
Who makes you happy?
* Invest in the experiences and people that seem to bring you the most satisfaction/reward/happiness.
Consider what are these experiences and who these people are?
* Find places that you can have these experiences in life and incorporate them into your work, school, relationships, etc.
How does your mind make sense of the world?
Ex: I have to understand how something works before I can perform well at it.-Some people are more action oriented and learn through a hands-on approach. -Take some time to consider what works for you, and be able to put your process into words to help you understand it.

IV. Significance timeline
Create a timeline starting from birth to the present include events that you consider the most significant in your life.
*Based on your timeline consider what theme your events encapsulate?
-For example: Some people are experience-based with extracurricular activities and places they’ve traveled and that is what they value in life. Some people are achievement- based such as winning competitions and receiving awards. -Decide what applies to you and what you find significant.

*Take a look at all the previous sections and gather your answers into a framework that can become your game plan in life.
-Use the environments, motivations, experiences, people, plans, goals, and significant events that make up what you would like to achieve on your journey through life.
