    (6) CONDOMINIUM: BAHAMAS

    Software used: Autodesk AutoCADI was tasked to create the oor plan, the furniture plan and elevations for the space. I created the budgets, schedules and inventory and prepared alldocuments and furniture for shipping and customs to the Bahamas.

    Software used: Autodesk 3ds Max and Adobe PhotoshopI modeled a custom staircase designed by an architect that was practical and visually connected the two levels to replace an existing spiral staircase.

    (8) WEST VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM: MANHATTAN, NEW YORK

    Software used: AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop.I worked with the architect and designer to renovate and combine two apartments to create one apartment for the clients. I was then asked to create theoor plan for the Department of Buildings ling, a construction set of plans, and photorealistic images for the designers and the clients.
