An opportunity to design and make pieces of jewellery in silver
A chance to feel proud of something you have designed and made
An after-school club in which you get to learn new skills and make something different
The classes are very ‘hands-on’ and start with an introduction to materials and basic
manufacturing techniques. Guidance is also given in the use of all tools and related health and
safety issues
These skills and techniques are then used to produce outcomes of either a pendant or silver ring,
depending upon the complexity of the chosen design
The course will be held in the Design & Technology department of the school. The course will
last for a whole term, delivered as two 6-week blocks. A commitment and payment for 6 weeks
is expected if a place is to be reserved for you
Classes are MONDAY AFTERNOONS 3.30 – 4.30pm STARTING FEBRUARY 3rd
Cost: 460dhs per student for 6-weeks including silver. Places are limited so book early with Miss
