3. Business Plans, 1-2 page Executive Summary, 2 min Elevator Pitch and 20 min PowerPoint Presentation

4. Corporate Structure & Optimum capital structure, cost of capital and finance options for a small business to grow

5. Assembling your strong Management Team, Board of Directors and Board of Advisors when you have no capital.

6. Valuation methodologies for a new pre-revenue business, pricing of stock offering and exit strategies for early investors

He also was CEO or Managing General Partner of six luxury Hotels ranging in size from 19 to 500 rooms that included a Hyatt Regency, two Hiltons and a Stouffers. Current Civic Involvement: Immediate Past President of Santa Fe Rotary Club, President of Santa Feans for Responsible Growth, former Chairman of UNM-North Advisory Committee, Past President of SNAC, the umbrella organization for 18 home Owners Associations in NW Santa Fe and past associate Camp Director of Rotary's Camp RYLA. Founder and operator of The Gathering of Angels, an Angel Forum with 2-5 meetings across USA to raise capital for seed and early stage companies.

Honors: Five Outstanding Young Men in Atlanta (FOYM), Chairman of the Community Relations Commission in Atlanta, Leadership Atlanta and Leadership Georgia, Who's Who in Finance and Industry, President of auto club national trade association-AATA and on the executive committee of AIT, an international trade association for auto clubs in Geneva, Switzerland.
