Location 1 – What went well?

We managed to recapture all what we couldn't use on the previous shoot the day before, we captured some nice shots and videos that we have used for our album cover, social media and clips for our music video. We thought of some cool ideas like the heap of leaves that looks really cool and artistic .However the other shots that we collected we did not really go of the storyboard, this means that our filming may not be as accurate as we want it to be. Secondly, we only really captured one or two takes, this doesn’t give us a margin of error just in case it comes out all wrong.

Location 2 -

We found this location when we were travelling to the graveyard to film our ending shot, the long pan along the graveyard whilst Aaron walks away from the camera. This was good because the field was a nice, desolate location that worked well for the lyrics where the artist says he is alone. However looking back, we saw that some of Aaron’s lip synching was a little bit off, Me and Ben should have picked this up and should have made another take but we didn’t so we may have to go refilm.

Location 3 -

The graffiti wall is a really good location to film in because it provides an array of colour in the background for the artist. We also collected some cool shots by the stairs, like the low angle shots and the tracking with the shoes. However, in some of the lip synching scenes we realised that some of Aarons lip synching was a little bit off, it looked like Aaron want opening his jaw enough. I had should have picked this up due to me being delegated the director/manager.
