• He was born in Barcelona (1861).Born into a family of industrial textiles, from Manlleu.

WHERE did he STUDY…?

• He formed in the center of Barcelona “Watercolor” and was a disciple of Thomas Moragas.

• He travelled to Paris in 1889,where he lived in Montmatre with Ramón Casas and Ignacio Zuloaga.
