Company, logistics and real estate development.
A team of experts in telecoms engineering with a combined Oil & Gas experience of more
than three decades formed the core of the company at its launch which keeps striving better
by the day.

Professionally, Iyke Agwu has amassed experience in International Business and Management with almost two decade’s experience in Importation,
Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Logistics and Real Estate development and constructions. His niche has been in the in the Oil & Gas downstream
sector where he has garnered over 15 years of experience
He is an Alumnus of the University of Ibadan (The Nigeria Premier University), with a Bachelor’s degree in Pure and applied Mathematics.Iyke
embodies a legacy of humble beginnings, steadfast faith in God, self and entrepreneurial acumen. He has attended several courses in leadership &
management in Harvard University and other management institution both locally and abroad. Some of iyke’s Professional Strengths Includes but not
limited to the following: Driving Business Development through Effective Relationship Building,
Developing and executing business strategies ,Overseeing Budget & Cost Control / Strategic Planning., Empowering Team Members

Joyce is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). She is a graduate from the Federal polytechnic Auchi. She is a
qualified accountant with knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) with broad base experience in leading a financial and
audit unit. She is deeply rooted in accounting procedures with well over 15 years post NYSC accounting experiences. She is responsible for
financial reporting, compliance, bank relationships and accounting of Dav-Ric Nig. Ltd. She is a great team player, she has exceptional analytical
skills and she has an excellent leadership attributes.

As an administrator, she is a supportive team player & ensures her team achieves exceptional results. Lois has a background in economics and
development studies from Igbinedion University Okada and she is responsible for the Administration of the organization. She has over 8 years
cognitive experience in administration in different sectors of the economy. She is a graduate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management. She is
Fssc 22000 version 4 certified on Human Resource Process.

Samuel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State. Prior to joining the company
he has wealth of experience in repairs & overhauling of generators. He is an associate member of the institute of strategic management Nigeria.
He has sound managerial skills, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on general maintenance & he is certified for functional solar
installation.
PROJECT MANAGER:- MURITALA, Adekunle
Well experienced in networking protocols, standards and network practices. He has ample knowledge & understanding of technologies in his realm
of operations. A graduate member of Nigeria society of engineers (NSE) & Nigerian Institute of Industrial Engineers (NIIE).He is a seasoned & well
trained engineer with a B.sc degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. He has vast experience in
Project management, Field Operations, Site Maintenance & Electro- Mechanical operations.

Highly motivated & a visionary team player. Olufemi bagged a degree in B.Tech Agric Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology
Ogbomosho, Oyo State. He is a skilled professional with over 10 years of robust operational experience. He oversees prompt supplies and

Land transportation (road haulage services) is part of our commitment to excellent service. Our dedicated trucks and well trained and qualified
drivers ensure that client ‘s goods are delivered at the right time and place, the effective coordination, monitoring and computerized platforms
of our operation, speed and on time response is the hallmark of our logistics handling services. For us, it is a passion for service!We provide
trucking services in the downstream oil and gas sector, this entail the secured transportation of petroleum products (PMS, AGO, ATK,
HHK/DPK) from all depots to various locations across the country.

Dav-Ric Nigeria Limited recognized the cost effectiveness of having its own in-house construction capability in its Property Construction
activities.Difficult refurbishments and renovation projects were procured with the flexibility, skills and cost savings that only a direct labor force

engineering safety.
Comply with all legal requirements, international standards and Local Communications Commission Policies guiding infrastructural service delivery.

Work closely with our contractors and suppliers to ensure they comply with our HSE standards

Report and analyze all accidents, incidents and anomalies in order to improve procedures, the behavior of operators/staff and equipment in the running of
our operations
Set and monitor measurable HSE performance indicators that are part of our business plan and budget to analyze and report deficiencies or strengths as
part of the monthly management scoreboard.
