This disclosure is strictly limited to the University’s determination of whether the following educational programs, if successfully completed, would be sufficient to meet the educational licensure or certification requirements for employment in a particular U.S. state or territory.2 In addition to educational requirements, a licensure board may require additional criteria be met for licensure, including but not limited to, age, examination, residency, citizenship, proof of social security number, fingerprint card, criminal background check, drug screening, and proof of malpractice insurance. The University cannot provide verification of an individual’s ability to meet licensure or certification requirements unrelated to the University’s educational programming. This disclosure does not provide any guarantee that
