1. SPANISH OMELETTE 2. INGRIENTS 4 eggs. kilo potatoes. Olive oil One glass. litre. salt 3. SPANISH OMELETTE Wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Heat the oil in the pon, When the oil is hot, add the potatoes with a pinch of salt.Fry the potatoes, stirring them occasionally. As soon as they have a golden colour, remove them from the pan and put the potato mixture on kitchen paper, Beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt, and add them to the potatoes.Mix well. Put two small spoonfuls of olive oil in the frying pan.when the oil is hot,add the potato and eggs mixture 4. Cook the omelette on one side. Take a large plate and tip the omelette out of the pan, Add a little more oil and slide the omelette in the pan again putting the less cooked side first into the pan. If you need, repeat this step til the omelette is perfectly cooked and golden on both sides. The omelette is delicius hot or cold.
