3. Each session duration is 90 minutes, and it will include the following:

30 minutes for presentation by GDEIB Category Expert Panelist.

30 minutes for presentation by GDIB Award winning organization’s executive.

30 minutes will be reserved for QA and discussion.

4. There will be an optional MCQ based exam at the end of the program.

have 50% discount.

3. Participants will be given access to 15 recorded video sessions of 2021 DI Certi�cation program to

view them in 2 months time.

4. Participants will note their queries and submit to HR Metrics.

5. On 30 Nov (4-6 pm Pakistan Time UTC +5.00) HR Metrics will arrange an interactive virtual

session with speaker to respond to queries of participants.

6. There will be an online exam containing 30 multiple choice questions on 18 Dec and 20

Jan. Participants can appear in any ONE.

7. Those appearing and passing the exam will get Diversity & Inclusion Certi�ed Practitioner

Program Director: Zahid Mubarik

Zahid Mubarik is the CEO of HR Metrics and SHRM Partner in Pakistan. He is a global expert in human

capital measurement metrics/analytics. Zahid is the only HR Leader from Asia to become member ISO

Technical Committee 260 which comprised of experts from 11 countries including USA, UK, Pakistan,

France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Norway, Netherlands and Portugal for developing

global HR standards. Zahid actively participated in HR standards meetings at Washington, London,

Melbourne, Rotterdam, Paris, Singapore, Bali and Milan. As recognition of his contribution, he was

elected as Global Convener of ISO HR Metrics Standards Working Group. During his leadership, ISO

the honor of being distinguished speaker in international HR conferences/seminars at Las Vegas,

in Pakistan. Zahid is a member Board of Directors, The Centre for Global Inclusion USA. He introduced
