    Introduction

    The aim of the ERANIS project was to contribute to the realization of New NeighbourhoodPolicy of the EU by strengthening international S&T (Science & Technology) co-operation

    with the Newly Independent States (NIS) and opening the European Research Area to the NISpartners through a number of assistive measures, involving the Commission, NIS partners andexperienced mentors from Member States into the process. The main objective of the projectwas to contribute to more active involvement of NIS partners in the EU Seventh FrameworkProgramme, but also in complementary programmes such as EUREKA RTD actions, whichrepresent the primary, yet seriously underexploited measures for R&D co-operation betweenNIS and the EU-25. Within the activities foreseen to be realize within ERANIS project it wasforeseen to organize a large scale, international brokerage event in Warsaw focusing onKBBE, ICT, Energy, NMP and targeting 4 Eastern Europe project partnering countries,namely: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Moldova. During preparation phase of this event, thededicated partner search mechanism was developed to gather profiles of experts from EUand EE, declaring their interest in participating in the event. While preparing effective partnersearch mechanism 2 kinds of online forms were prepared: Partner Search (PS) and Expressionof Interest (EoI). Both of these forms were available for EU experts looking for partners fromNIS constituency. Experts from NIS partnering countries had the possibility to fill in only theExpression of Interest form. All profiles gathered before the event created the Online ProfilesCatalogue (within the ERANIS Project website) which could be overviewed and expertsalready registered had a possibility to make matching with experts they wanted meet duringthe broekrage event. The partner searches from EU experts were gathered not only before theevent, but also after its end. The ERANIS Online Catalogue remains opened again as anactive efficient Partner Search mechanism, creating further possibility to download new

    profiles both form EU and EE, but also overviewed already exisiting ones. This Deliverablecontains 100 all partner searches received from EU countries expressing their interest incooperation with NIS experts in the fields of KBBE, ICT, NMP and Energy. The majority ofthem was submitted online within ERANIS Online catalogue.Deliverable 4.3 contains 100Partner Searches (PS) from EU community. Due to the size of the file, this documents hasbeen devided into two parts, 50 PS each.

    TitleAmIEff-PositiveAmbient Intelligence Efficient tools for EnergyPositive Buildings

    Short description

    The project intends to define, develop andintegrate Ambient Intelligence services inbuilding control systems. The control systemswill be specifically designed to configure thebuilding in the most efficient way from theenergy point of view, managing not onlyenergy consumption but also energyproduction. A method to assess the reduction ofCO2 emissions will be developed.The proposed general objectives are:

    1. Increase energy efficiency inbuildings/dwellings creating ICTbased solutions that will provideinnovative tools to allow users toperform energy savings, in anintuitive and efficientway.

    2. Application of Ambient IntelligenceTechniques to designIntelligentcontrol systems to reduce energyconsumption in buildings.According to this, the intelligentcontrol systems will be enablers andresponsible for the energy savings.

    In this way, the energy savingprocess will become more

    independent of users behaviour,keeping the comfort levels desiredby users.

    3. Take advantage of the possibilitiesoffered by ICT technologiesregarding energy consumptionmetering and intelligent control ofbuildings.ICT networks play astrategic role in the deployment of

    eco-efficient systems.

    TitleNonconventional ecologic, flexible technologiesfor processing textile wastes into high addedvalue products

    Short description

    The environment protection and the rationalwaste management are essential dimensions ofthe sustainable development. The negativeeffects of these over the environment factorsand, implicitly, over the population health, arewell-known and are made public in the wholeworld and the non-adequate dealing with thisissue may cause catastrophic effects over life.Having in view these aspects, there is veryimportant to find solution for diminishing thequantity of generated wastes and for limiting the

    negative effects of these products, by re-usingthe recyclable ones in the production processesas secondary raw materials, as well as byecologic treating and storing of those that cannot be reusable.The textile industry affects the environment byhigh water, energy, chemical substanceconsumption, as well as by the high wastequantity generated as a result of using animpressive number of chemical substances andtechnologic processes.

    The project will develop and implement thenotion of;zero waste;, by the elaboration ofcertain new ecologic and flexible technologies,such as:- processes and methods for a better wasteselection- technologies for textile waste preliminaryprocessing- conventional and nonconventionaltechnologies for processing recovered fibres intohigh added value products;

    parachute rigging increasing the competency andadded value of these SMEs to European researcharea.The topics to be taken into consideration are:Turbulent flow prediction, vortices formationand influence on drag characteristics, searchingmeans for increase the drag and/or lift for betterperformance;Inflation stages progression, geometricalmodelling of the inflation stages especially forram-air chutes, searching means for pre flightsimulation of new design concepts;Opening shock and snatch force progressionduring deployment, reefing systems influenceand effectiveness, searching means for reducingthese forces.Taken this into account we are searchingresearch or academic partners and/or interestedindustry partners, which have expertise in thisfield to carry out these tasks in form of atargeted research proposal on the future FP7
