Demand Planner Unilever Pakistan Limited (UPL) January 2010 – December 2012

Responsibilities: Responsible for generating 8 quarter rolling SKU-wise forecast on weekly basis using SAP APO.

Ensure continuous improvement of forecasting methodology, assumptions and accuracy.

Generating and managing baselines and event calendars for over 100+ SKUs comprising of 5 brands.

Maintaining forecast bias with target of +/- 5% by using the forecast bias loss tree and focus action plans to eradicate the root cause of losses.

Monitor and control full pipeline inventories to ensure availability as per requirements and minimize business waste.

Execute smooth transition management of new innovations, re-launches & delisted SKUs.
