• Dedicated support of the CFO and his international team.

• Using Excel tracked internal funding requests, oversight of content criteria and the signature process through several levels of authority. This work included maintenance of a webpage showing the progress of such requests.

• As department Webmaster, learned two software packages and Internet terminology to better interact with Webmaster’s office and to provide excellent and creative web pages. Successfully restored the Intranet Finance Department website, which had been neglected for one year. Due to massive company transition, overhaul of large and intricate site was required and completed; to include redesign of pages, updating of all information, repair of broken links and establishment of more sophisticated linkage. In addition, wrote and published forms and documents for the finance department.

• Served as primary support to the head of an international finance division in a position requiring a high degree of confidentiality, integrity and commitment, providing excellent phone and calendar coverage for this busy executive through careful screening and thorough interaction and teamwork with other assistants as required.
