I am the co-founder of the company. My main task is to organize the event in all its aspects, constantly liaising with the client; in details: management of the client’s budget, sourcing and selection of collaborators /suppliers, planning the design of the event, supervision and coordination on site during the event. Besides the role of event planner I have always handled the marketing aspect of the company, developing with time a deep knowledge of web-marketing, thanks also to a strong personal interest in this subject.

- DEGREE IN POLITICAL SCIENCE WITH SPECIALIZATION IN ECONOMICS (previous system) in 1996 at the Università degli Studi in Turin

- Certification course in MARKETING at the London School of Economics, London in 1992

- LANGUAGES : fluent ENGLISH (written and spoken) – moderate knowledge of FRENCH and GERMAN

Personal Skills and Competences:

- Throughout the years, thanks to the different work experiences I have developed great skills in interpersonal relationships with clients but also with co-workers and employees, first through the experience in the retail industry and then through the handling of clients on a more personalized base. I have an aptitude for liaising with different people from different backgrounds and cultures.

- Event planning has helped me to extend specific skills such as working towards targets and optimizing the results through an efficient team work, and also to build a strong problem solving ability.

- While working at Leoeventi I have had the chance to build up my knowledge in the field of marketing and web-marketing (web-advertising on social networks,

managing a blog, managing FB pages and newsletters, managing campaigns on Google AdWords) and I also organized trade fairs in London and Milan.

- My experience in the field of fashion and event design has helped to expand my creativity thanks also to my great passion for fashion and new trends. I also took courses in Window Dressing, Visual Merchandising and then in Event Design (this one in London).

- Thanks to the managing of the different activities I have also developed administrative skills.

Personal Interests I regularly play tennis and run; I follow closely the world of fashion, sports and travels through magazines, TV, social networks and blogs.
