Social Activities at Faculty:The PhD Lecturer, has started communicating with her students ever since she started teaching them, in 2004, offering the following activities, for the sake of a better student and future graduate:

1- Started an online group, where students could communicate with their doctor, as well as helping them in whatever problem they may be facing in any of the courses.

2- Distributing Feedback Forms on students; a. At the beginning of the semester: to know more about

the students as "people" their interest, hobbies, personalities, and what they expect of such course.

b. At the end of the course: to give the students the chance to evaluate the course, the lecturer and the used teaching tools, and to know any suggestions for better learning process.

3- Using different types of Multimedia in lectures4- Giving Free Extra lectures in Etiquette for hotel dept students, as it

was like a must for students in this career to have minimum knowledge of such issues.

5- Started a Codes Of Ethics agreement, set between the students and herself, on how to deal with respect and setting the rules that would be followed, with everyone's approval, as a simple way of explaining how to apply Quality, in 2004, 2005 (before the Quality program was even used in our university)

6- Arranging for different kinds of events for the hotel department students, to widen their knowledge and sense of "how gathering information in life is always useful", such as:

Inviting Hotel Managers to meet students in an Open discussion, (Sofitel hurghada, the General manager and the Personnel Manager" – Arranging to have Ads designed and placed for the event.

Arranging an event, a lecture of a specialist in NLP, and most of the students found it very useful to know how to be able to deal with others using our brains.

Inviting an Architectural Engineer to give the 4th year students a lecture on how to use some "artistic sense" in whatever assignments they present, the Graduation project, and an assignment, etc.
