1 Training Solution
1.1 Overview
Most of the data service occurs in buildings , the key point is in-building network construction in hot spot area. But the traditional IBS solution lack indoor-outdoor coordination planning and implement the MIMO with high cost , the coverage effect is bad when combine 3G/4G directly. IBS also relate to multi-products, multi- scenarios, multi-system. So how to implement 3G/4G indoor coverage planning and optimization in multi- scenarios, multi-system, how to quickly improve IBS competence of all profession are the main challenge faced by operators. Based on Job role and business process , focus on the difficulty of 3G/4G depth coverage deployment and the detail of six scenarios planning and design, through the IBS systematization and paradigm training by face to face teaching , practice, to improve the carrier employees competence for IBS knowledge and skill, guarantees the IBS network deployment and quality.
