INTRODUCTION This document provides a summary of services available from Asysco for customers having
completed a migration.
Asysco’s experience is that customer’s of our AMT LION and VS solutions often have a need
for specific services following the migration and indeed may wish to develop and maintain a
long term relationship with Asysco.
Our services are designed to give clients access to Asysco’s expertise and knowledge for an

1. AMT-LION ENVIRONMENT SITE SURVEY
This service provides our customers with an inventory of your existing AMT system including
the hardware and software environments, and the business processes, in order to
recommend specific measures:
To modernise and uplift the system
To improve performance
To make business processes more efficient
To optimise the management of the environment
For AMT upgrade recommendations

At the same time, needs in the areas of training and support will be detected and discussed.
Scope: Complete analysis of AMT environment.
Duration: Dependent on the magnitude and complexity of the customer’s AMT
installation.
Location: Partly onsite and partly offsite.
Charges: Dependent on scope and duration.

your AMT-LION system and applications by AMT-LION Application Modernisation Services.
Modernisation services can be performed on all currently supported releases of LION.

LION System Administration and Operations. This two day course describes how to
install the LION product suite and its software updates, how to configure
the applications developed in LION for use and how to manage the applications.
LION Developer. This five day course introduces the fundamentals of the LION
Development Environment, with the aim of teaching clients how to build and
maintain applications in LION.
LION Developer Advanced. This course consists of three separate modules, Going
Graphical, Getting Connected and Advanced Programming. These modules can be
delivered individually, in a one to three day course, or alternatively in a
single course lasting five days.

7. AMT SUPPORT
EMERGENCY 24/7 TELEPHONE SUPPORT
This service provides our customers with 24/7 emergency telephone support on a
contracted in basis. This support is made available through a dedicated telephone call out
system. Asysco will respond within a contracted period by telephone and if not able to
resolve the problem will travel onsite to resolve the problem.
Scope: To provide 24 by 7 telephone support for all software components
provided by Asysco and for any code converted during the migration
process.
Duration: For period of one year minimum
Location: Offsite and onsite where required
Charges: Depends on size of installation and quoted for individually.
DIARY SPECIFIC EVENT SUPPORT
Asysco provides customers with additional onsite, standby or telephone support for specific
events during the first year following a migration (or thereafter). These are designed to deal
with batch runs or reports that are run on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis only.
Scope: Depends on the specific frequency and or diary requirements. Asysco
and customer agrees a schedule of support days and whether this is
onsite or telephone support.
Duration: Typically for the first year following the go live date.
Location: Offsite or Onsite as agreed.
Charges: Dependent on requirements specified in scope and duration.

ON-SITE SUPPORT & MENTORING
This service provides our customers with two weeks onsite support after go live on a
migration project as part of the standard provisions. Experience of past migrations have
shown no need for extending this period beyond two weeks however, customers may wish
to extend this for a longer period in order to build confidence or to deal with potential first
time batch runs or other processes that may not be exercised during the go live period.
Scope: To be defined and agreed with customer.
Duration: Typically for the first year following the go live date.
Location: On site at customer’s premises.
Charges: Dependent on scope and duration.

8. TAILOR MADE SOFTWARE (TMS) Tailor Made Software service division provides our customers with full or part time
outsourcing facilities for customers. TMS will take on projects on a task specific basis or on
a fulltime contract basis.
Scope: To develop applications or parts of applications for customers using
AMT-LION or AMT-VS.
Duration: Dependent on project or full time.
Location: Development will typically occur at Asysco’s premises with regular on
site interaction. Implementation of systems will be on customer’s
premises.
Charges: Subject to project and contract.
