The Tricentis Customer Innovation Awards celebrates organizations whoare leading the charge in continuous testing. Our goal is to highlight howleading organizations—through strong partnership with Tricentis, areinnovating the development and testing process, improving collaborationacross the development lifecycle, and championing the strategic value ofcontinuous testing within their organizations and their industries.

Throughout our annual awards cycle, there will be six award winners (one for each category) per geography.

WhoCurrent Tricentis customers who have demonstrated innovative thinking as a leader within the continuous testing space. In order to be eligible to win an award, you must:

• Be a Tricentis customer with a live solution

• Have a compelling customerexperience story

• Agree to a written case study and/or acustomer video success story

• Assign a representative to join the Tricentis User Conference and accept customer award (virtually)

• Agree to be mentioned in a press release announcing the winners, sharing companyname and logo, and across Tricentis' social and digital channels

WhereAll awards will be presented at the User Conference 2020 which will be hosted virtually in India – taking place on June 19, 2020.

• Agree to be mentioned in a press release announcing the winners, sharing companyname and logo at the Accelerate San Francisco 2020 event and across Tricentis' social and digital channels

WhereAll awards will be presented at Accelerate 2020 which will take place October 13-14 in Vienna, Austria

How to Self-Nominate

1. Read through each of the award categories listed on Page 7 and select the category you feel best aligns with your company.

2. Complete this form. You’ll be asked to answer the following questions:

• What were the challenges experienced that encouraged your company to switch to or use Tricentis?

• What solutions and products were implemented to solve the above business challenges?

• What were the outcomes of using Tricentis solutions? Provide clear metrics to demonstrate the results that you have achieved using Tricentis solutions. How did you define success at the start of your journey?

Rewards for Winners

Winners will be recognized in front of industry leaders, peers and analysts. A press release and social media posts announcing the winners will be promoted. In addition to this, the winners are awarded:

Champion This award recognizes a customer (individual or team) who exemplifies continuous testing innovation and excellence and that has achieved unparalleled overall business success by leveraging Tricentis as a true transformation partner

GlobetrotterThis award recognizes a customer (individual or team) who demonstrates the best global rollout of a Tricentis tool

InnovatorThis award recognizes a customer (individual or team) that has dramatically transformed its business processes through innovative automation framework applications that drive efficiency, quality and an exceptional customer experience

MoverThis award recognizes a customer (individual or team) who demonstrates the best success story of switching from another platform to Tricentis

TransformationThis award recognizes a customer (individual or team) that has driven incredible digital transformation within its organization by implementing and/or optimizing a modern continuous testing model

ACT PioneerThis award recognizes a customer (individual or team) who pushes the boundaries of continuous testing within its organization by leveraging the ACT Framework

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I get nominated?Tricentis customers can be self-nominated, aswell as nominated by a peer, a colleague, a partner or any Tricentis employee. Nomineeswill be notified upon receipt and subsequent review of nomination

What is the deadline for submitting a nomination?Please see timeline for the Tricentis User Conference (India/Virtual) on page 5 and Accelerate Vienna 2020 on page 6.

How will the winners be notified?Winners will be notified via email, publiclyannounced online and presented with theCustomer Innovation Award during ourawards ceremony.

Who will determine the winners?A panel of Tricentis executives will beestablished to vote on who best representseach category.

How many winners will be selected?There will be six winners. One from each ofthe categories listed above.

Can I apply to more than one category?Yes, however customers are only eligible towin one award and if selected for multiple categories, they will be awarded forthe category that best suits them asdetermined by the panel.

I won the Tricentis Customer Innovation Awards previously. Can I nominate myorganization again?Yes, absolutely!
