4. Assembly Procedure of Creamy Shakes
Choco Shake
Dispense 4 turns of Soft Served, Approx. weight 120-140 grams
Place razzle collar in the cup
Dispense Choco drink up to 2cm from the rim of the cup, Approx. weight 140-150 grams
Mix for 10-15 seconds. Keep the cup steady for the first 5 seconds then slowly rotate the cup to allow the ingredients to blend with the soft served for the next 10 seconds.
Tilt the bottle sideways over the cup and dispense 5 strokes of Hersheys Chocolate Syrup on top of the shake. Approx. weight is 4.2-5.2 grams.
Cream Shake
Dispense 4 turns of Soft Served, Approx. weight 120-140 grams
Portion 4 levelled scoop of crushed cookies using a teaspoon
Dispense 3 turns of caramel syrup, approx. weight is 14-15 grams.
Place razzle collar in the cup
Dispense milk drink up to 2cm from the rim of the cup, Approx. weight 135-145 grams
Mix for 10-15 seconds. Keep the cup steady for the first 5 seconds then slowly rotate the cup to allow the ingredients to blend with the soft served for the next 10 seconds.
Portion 1 levelled scoop of crushed cookies on top of the frazzled shake.
Total portion of crushed cookies is 5 scoops using teaspoon, approx. weight is 19-20 grams.
