C T Contracts was set up in 2009 as an interior fit-‐out and refurbishment company opera*ng predominantly in the commercial sector that has also encompassed industrial, residen*al and retail. Part of that work has been as a result of dilapida*ons and has also led to maintenance works for landlords and tenants. Our projects range from £1,000 to £500,000. We communicate clearly and regularly with our clients and offer solu*ons to any issues that may arise before, during and aIer the project. We believe it’s the people here at C T Contracts that do make the difference; we go the extra mile providing advice and support on lots of occasions without the expecta*on of financial reward. Our aim is to get the project right first *me, on budget, on programme, and zero opera*onal down*me. We are fully aware that every client has a budget to adhere to, and our aim is to control costs and for you to have value for money for your new office environment. As we know there are hundreds of office fit-‐out and refurbishments organisa*ons in the UK, some large some not so large, no job is too small for us as we see the necessity to ensure you achieve your objec*ve and keep your organisa*on on track.

We are dedicated to delivering outstanding working environments, aiming to become the contractor of choice by staking our reputa*on on quality and delivery. We have an excellent understanding of the components and rela*onships required to provide a successful fit out for both Client and Professional Team alike. Our extensive experience in the fit out market regardless of the size of the project, our ambi*on and approach is the same. We tailor our solu*ons to reflect the unique requirements of the client and their project. When working in occupied buildings, C T Contracts strive to be invisible and silent to the Client and their neighbours, minimising any possible disrup*on to their day to day opera*ons and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment at all *mes. We regard our onsite performance and the rela*onship we develop with building managers, landlords and occupiers as seUng the founda*ons for our Clients’ future rela*onships with their neighbours. This approach is integral to our policy of providing high service levels to all aspects of a project, whether in terms of the quality of finished product, tenant comfort, communica*on, health and safety, site cleanliness or sustainability.
Fit Out

C T Contracts’ experience in the refurbishment market is wide ranging and diverse. Our team has a proven track record in delivering complex and difficult refurbishments for a variety of Clients. An office refurbishment can be more cost effec*ve and less disrup*ve than an office reloca*on. If properly designed, you can op*mise your office interior and increase team interac*on and produc*vity. Office refurbishment in occupa*on can be a challenge, so to minimise disrup*on, we help you to communicate to your employees to ensure they are aware of the works programme. Whenever possible we will plan the noisy office refurbishment work out of hours. Our strict health and safety policy enables us to work safely around people. With experience gained from a wide background in all aspects of refurbishment and new build, our Team welcome the opportunity to develop crea*ve solu*ons for the unique problems that are encountered when carrying out this type of work.

Following a fit-‐out and refurbishment, we can offer a range of services to suit your needs, that enable your business to func*on on a day-‐to-‐day basis by offering a full range of maintenance services from re-‐hanging doors, changing locks and light bulbs, to internal office moves. Works can be undertaken out of hours and over weekends so as to avoid any disrup*on to your business.

We take health and safety extremely seriously and nothing is more important than the welfare of our staff, trade contractors and visitors to our sites. We take our lead from the Health & Safety Execu*ve, ensuring that all our ac*vi*es exceed the regula*ons set out by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regula*ons 1999 and Construc*on Design and Management Regula*ons 2007. A copy of our Health & Safety Policy is available on request. C T Contracts are working towards ISO 18001.

C T Contracts is commiked to the delivery of quality throughout all the ac*vi*es it undertakes in the development and delivery of construc*on and estates management projects. We deliver on this commitment by:
• Undertaking these project development and delivery ac*vi*es in accordance with Quality Management Procedures that are appropriate to the ac*vi*es being undertaken and reflect recognised industry best prac*ce.
• Providing and equipping all staff to be able to gain full access to these Quality Management procedures at all *mes and in all working environments.
• SeUng, reviewing and monitoring and communica*ng quality objec*ves • Ensuring that all personnel understand their roles and the procedures that they are
