说明掉话跟压模有关,需要优化连续覆盖区域小区的压模参数,降低小区异频/异系统起压模门限,减少起压模次
数
a) 通过M2000查看这两个小区所在NodeB是否有异常告警(例如时钟、通道、DSP和射频告警),如果有需要先处理异常告警。
b) (可选)对两个小区所在站点进行时钟核查。c) (可选)利用RNC维护台小区性能监测中的节点同步功能(如下图)检查这两个小区的Iub时延,如果时延相差超过SET DPUCFGDATA中 FPMDCCOMBINEDELAYVALUE设置值(基线为20ms),修改上行FP合并时延等于两小区Iub时延差+20ms。
d) 如果这两个小区没有异常告警,Iub时延也正常,可以尝试修改源小区相对目标小区的CIO(ADD/MOD INTRAFREQNCELL: CIOOffset=10),如果修改后有效,说明切换失败是信号突变引起的;反之,需要把CIO改回0。

关闭直放站后在观察一下小区RRC接入指标,如果有改善,说明接入失败与直放站确有关系,需要关闭直放站如果直放站关闭前后,小区RRC接入指标变化较小,说明RRC接入失败与直放站没有关系
