4. The CSI Team

Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat – Gilles-Emmanuel (39) has 12 years of experience in Asset Management and Corporate Finance:

• When co-founding CSI he was managing Partner and founder of PBS Private Bank Switzerland in Geneva, where he was in charge of developing the French clientele. He set up a Corporate Finance concept providing entrepreneurs with a broad range of family office services.

• Prior to joining PBS, he was responsible for the investment fund departments of UBS Asset Management in France and Monaco – he was also a Money Manager, specialised in the European Technology Sector and French companies, at MERRILL LYNCH Mercury and worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Banque du Louvre.

• He received a Master of Law (with honors) from the University of Paris and is an MBA graduate from the University of Montreal.

Enrico Cartocci - Enrico (40) has 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Strategy Consulting.

• Prior to co-founding CSI, he was a Senior Partner at Mitchell Madison Group in London, Brussels and Paris, then the Managing Partner of marchFIRST France (largest spin-off of McKinsey's Financial Services Practice) where he was involved in strategy, marketing and technology corporate services in a broad range of industries.

• He started his career in the Financial Services Practice of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), then worked as a Corporate Clients Relationship Manager at Paribas and held a Manager position at Mars & Co.

• His background provides him with a global Top-Management network and deep functional and operational experience (incl. M&A, growth strategies and restructuring) across a broad range of industries.

• He holds a degree in Business Administration from ESSEC (Ecole Sup. des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales)

Johannes Schmohl - Johannes (35) has 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Strategy Consulting.

• Since 2001 Johannes is jointly developing CSI’s Corporate Finance activities.

• Prior to co-founding CSI, he was a Senior Manager at Mitchell Madison Group (spin-off of McKinsey's Financial Services Practice) in Munich, Paris, London and New York, where he

– advised leading private equity funds on large investment due diligence

– built a broad operational industry experience, working closely with the Senior Management of leading players in the Consumer, Manufacturing and Technology industries

• He received a Master of Business Administration degree (Diplom-Kaufmann, with honors) from the University of Augsburg and is completing a PhD at St. Gallen.
