The Royal Caribbean® cruise planning experience
has been reinvented, offering guests a more
personalized look at their upcoming voyage and
making cruise enhancement purchases even
easier. Here’s a breakdown to help you and your
clients navigate My Royal Cruise.
ACCOUNT SIGN IN Your clients will need to log in to their Unified Guest
Account by clicking “Sign In” in the top right corner
of RoyalCaribbean.com. If your clients do not have a
guest account, they will be asked to create one before
proceeding further.
2 START WITH A PERSONALIZED HOME PAGE Once logged in with their Unified Guest Account credentials,
their customized experience begins! They will see a
homepage personalized to their voyage, displaying only
products they are eligible to book for their upcoming cruise.

USEFUL PRODUCT INDICATORS Your clients can easily navigate available offerings with indicators such as “IN CART”, “SOLD OUT”, plus
badges indicating limited availability. They will be able to explore My Royal Cruise products sor ted by
category (Shore Excursions, Onboard Activit ies, Per fect Day, Beverage Packages and more) for an easy and
intuit ive shopping experience.
DIVE INTO PRODUCT DETAILS Once they have selected an offering within My Royal Cruise, a product detail page will appear to provide your
clients with more insight on the experience as well as important details they should know before booking ,
such as what to wear and what to bring. As always, we want to work with you to prepare your clients for their
best vacation ever!

BEGIN THE RESERVATION PROCESS Once they are ready to move forward with their selection, they can click “Reserve” and select the date and
time that works best for their schedules.
6 ADD TO CART Once your clients have confirmed the guests par ticipating ,
selected their experience star t date and time, as well as
reviewed the total price, they’ll click “Add to cart.” From
here, they can elect to “Continue shopping” or proceed
to their car t and checkout .
REVIEW PRODUCT SELECTION Your clients can always access their cart in the top right
corner of My Royal Cruise and, within the car t , they can
modify or remove any selections prior to proceeding
to checkout

PAY AND CONFIRM PURCHASE Once your clients are ready to f inalize their purchase, they will be able to input their chosen form of payment
as well as redeem some or all of any onboard credit they may have. Once that information has been provided,
they are ready to place their order and will be provided with a confirmation page once the process is complete.
It is that simple!

SOME OTHER NEAT FEATURES TO HELP YOUR CLIENTS

REVIEW PREVIOUS PURCHASES They will be able to view all previously purchased items
under “My Orders” within their profile drop-down menu.
Once logged in with their Unified Guest Account credentials,
their customized experience begins! They will see a
homepage personalized to their voyage, displaying only
products they are eligible to book for their upcoming cruise.
EXPLORE SCHEDULE WITH CALENDAR VIEW There is a helpful calendar view to help them plan. The
calendar is accessible via the calendar icon near the top
right corner of My Royal Cruise and will show items your
clients has already reserved for their cruise. Accidentally
double-booking activities is now a thing of the past!
A MOBILE-FRIENDLY MY ROYAL CRUISE Do your clients prefer using their phone over a computer?
My Royal Cruise can also be accessed with a very similar
interface via their phone’s browser. Just have them follow
the same steps listed above.
