campaign: offlineBased on the contact with community and our experience with territorial groups, public scope and private scope; we decided to carry forward crowdsourcing sessions in Buenos Aires southside area, where we want to centralize Raices operation. We strongly believe that future stakeholders of Raíces will bring the best feedback to improve this venture.

RESULTS:

- 4 meetings with emerging entrepreneurial talent from slumdogs. On: 4/23, 5/16, 5/28 and 5/29.

- 4 meetings with public scopa leading figures. On: 4/29, 4/27, 5/5 and 21/5. - 2 meetings with private sector leading figures. On: 4/18, 5/30 and 5/31.

CROWDFUNDING

Raíces in the mapThis is a small map of the exact location of Raíces realty. We call it “Galpón de Raíces”.

Located in the heart of Villa 20, a vulnerable slumdog in the south of Buenos Aires. As a symbol of development, we want to operate from there to all the district and with a replicable scale, to the country.

- Beside offline campaign we launched an online one, aimed to collect contributions to refurbish up the received realty by off line efforts. We chose IDEA.ME a latin american platform because of the ease to collect the contribution results (we direct the money to a national bank account) We exhibited the crowdfunding currency in argentinian pesos (AR$) regarding to the strong currency devaluation in november 2018: the aimed objective public is a general one but if low and media income public wants to contribute is more logical if we expose it in national currency.

- Based on crowdsourcing sessions with public scope we achieved a “Use and Behoof Assignment Contract” related to a realty, from Buenos Aires government, through IVC dependence (in charge of Buenos Aires government real property and housing). The only condition related to this right to use the land and building, is to enhance the building to improve an excluded neighbourhood. This realty is located in the heart of Villa 20 (a populated slumdog in the south of the city) and it is crucial to operate in the south of Buenos Aires. Its market value is estimated in AR$ 92.400.000 PESOS (92.4 million argentine pesos) tantamount to USD 2.000.000 (five million dollars) because of its location and its 800 mt2 (square metres) of area. We are working in progress in this realty calling to private scope, entrepreneurs and volunteers who want this place working as soon as possible as much as we do, as you see in documented crowdsourcing sessions. Then we attach the contract.

- In the other hand we received a strong manpower and hands on to fix and enhance the covenanted realty. It was from several NGOs entities and builder contractors and volunteers. Were five intensive manpower sessions. Monetary value estimated: AR$ 400.000 (four hundred Argentina pesos) tantamount to U$D 8660.

RESULTS: one convened realty from Buenos Aires government. + Five manpower and hands on sessions from different scopes: on 16/04, 27/04 y 12/05, 18/05 and 27/05.
