F.No.24/Misc.Policy/Disability/DHS/NHC/ In pursuance of the provisions of the Rule 25 of the Delhi Rights of Persons with Disability rules 2018 , the Department of Health & Family Welfare of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby specifies, for the purpose of issuance of Certificate of Disability as mentioned in clause (r) of section 2 of said Act, the Hospital/ Institutions mentioned in Column No. (3) of the Table given below, as Medical Authorities for the types of Disabilities mentioned in column no.
