    Role:

    Role:To oversee day to day facilities operations.To maintain records of licenses and contracts and ensure timely renewals.To help with managing the seating inventoryTo help with preparing and updating reports related to seating.To handle various admin related requests from employees.To act as bench for Facility supervisor.To keep record and maintain details of outsourced admin staff pertaining to their attendance, overtimepayments etc and check certify invoices accordingly.To maintain various checklists pertaining to facilities department.To conduct training for HK team and maintain a training calendar.To source vendors related to HK and other facilities areas.

    Job Title: Manager Legal Position Code: IO/Corporate/2012/013

    Department:Corporate Affairs

    Grade: Manager (M)

    Location: Mumbai

    Role:Contract drafting and review of a variety of contracts (from sales, procurement, employmentand other) relevant for CRISILs global businesses.Research on legal matters relevant to CRISILs businesses, including research on cross-borderlaws (as reasonably practicable).Providing legal opinion and views on legal topics as relevant for CRISILs businesses.Coordinating the management of the intellectual property portfolio of CRISIL.Handling contentious matters and helping with dispute resolution processes as necessary.Assist the CRISIL businesses with statutory compliance related matters and where necessary,conduct legal audit and due diligence.Depending on need, may be involved in M&A transactions.Generally provide in-house legal support as necessary.

    Candidate Profile:

    Solid legal skills with strong fundamental knowledge and business focus.

    Good researching skills.Quick learner, team player, ability to provide practical legal solutions.Attention to detail, whilst keeping in view the big picture and being pragmatic.Non-political, professional approach to work.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Ability and willingness to stretch where needed (within reason) to meet objectives and business

    Essential Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in law from a reputable Indian university. Desirable, a law degree from anyof the common law countries5-7 years of experience, preferably, in the financial sector.Experience in handling cross-border legal work necessary (but may be relaxed if candidateshows exceptionally good understanding of Indian legal work).
