    ABRAMOV Igor Ivanovich (born on 11 August 1954) Doctor of Physics and Mathematics. He is Pro-fessor of Microelectronics Department at Belarus State University of Informatics and Radio-Electronics(BSUIR). He is now a head of scientific-research laboratory Physics of Micro- and NanoelectronicsDevices at BSUIR.He published over 150 technical papers, including three monographs. His currentresearch interests include physics and design of micro- and nanoelectronic devices.

    AFONIN Igor Leonidovich (born in 1958) Candidate of Science, senior lecturer at Radio-ElectronicsFaculty of Sevastopol State Technical University. His main research interests are CAD and design ofmicrowave devices using advanced transmission lines, as well as design of principles for the measuredinformation processing and microwave measurements automation.

    BATURA Mikhail Pavlovich (born on 16 May 1950) Doctor of Science, professor, rector of the Bela-rusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (Republic of Belarus), academician of theBelarusian Engineering Academy. Received his PhD in 1984. In 2003 presented second doctors the-sis. Areas of scientific interest: system analysis, information processing and control in technical and or-ganizational systems. Author of more than 100 scientific works and publications. He is co-chairman ofCriMiCo2005 Program Committee.

    BETSKY Oleg Vladimirovich (born in 1938) Professor, Doctor of Science, RF State Prize winner. Hegraduated from Moscow Power Institute (1963). He received a C. Sc. degree in1967 and D. Sc. degreein 1980. He is head of lab. at Inst. Radio Engin. and Electronics RAS, general director of JSC MTA-EHF (Moscow). He holds 20 patents and he is author (co-author) of over 150 scientific articles, 5monographs. His main research interests are microwave electronics and millimeter electromagnetic-biology.

    BRATCHIKOV Alexandr Nikolayevich (born on 15 August 1948 in Moscow) Doctor of Science, pro-fessor of Radio-Transmitting and Antenna-Feeder Devices Department of Flying Vehicles Radio-Electronics Faculty at Moscow State Aviation Institute (MAI Technical University). He received de-gree in radio-electronics from MAI in 1973, a C.Sc. in 1983, and a D.Sc in 2001. He was awarded So-ros Lecturer in 1995 and 1996. His main research interests are laser and fiber-optical technology ap-plication in antenna technique, biology and medicine. He is author (co-author) of over 80 technical pub-

    lications, including 10 patents, 1 monograph and 5 educational supplies. Co-chairman of CriMiCo Pro-gram Committee in 2003-2004. He was co-chairman of CriMiCo Program Committee for the period2003-2005, vice co-chairman since 2006.

    BRZHEZINSKY Vladislav Adamovich (born on 13 December 1935) Doctor of Science, Professor ofSNTU and Sevastopol National University of Nuclear Energy and Industry (SNUNEI). He graduatedfrom Lomonosov Moscow State University (Physical faculty) in 1959. In 1962-1964 he was post gradu-ate student at the Faculty of electronics. In 1964-1972 he was principal engineer and the head of labo-ratory at SRI Sapfir. In 1972-1987 he was senior staff scientist and the head of laboratory at SRI ofInstrumentation (Ministry of Medium Machine-Building). His professional interests are in the influenceof ionizing radiation on semiconductor devices. He is the author of over 100 scientific articles. He is themember of specialized academic council of SNUNEI.

    CHECHETIN Anatoly Vasilievich (born in 1943) director general of the Faza scientific and produc-tion public corporation, Academician of National Security Academy, acting academic advisor at the

    Russian Federation Academy of Engineering Sciences. He graduated from Rostov State University(radio physics faculty) in 1965. He is author and co-author of over 20 scientific works and inventorscertificates. The subject of his professional interests is super-high-frequency electronics.

    CHMIL Vladimir Moiseyevich (born in 1947) Candidate of Science (1988), academician of UkrainianAcademy of Sciences (1995) and Ukrainian Academy of Economic Cybernetics (1998), winner ofUkraine State Prize. Currently he is president of Public Corporation SPC Saturn. His scientific inter-ests cover microwave technology, mm-wave solid-state devices (radio-relay and satellite communica-tions, radiometry). He is the author of many inventions in the field of advanced instrumentation tech-nologies for radioastromical and other special applications. He is one of CriMiCo organizers.

    CHURYUMOV Gennady Ivanovich (born 12 February 1952) Doctor of Science, Professor (faculty ofPhysical Fundamentals of Electronics at Kharkov National University of Radioelectronics).     tems.DEMCHENKO Alexandr Ivanovich (born on 13 May 1947) Doctor of Science, deputy science directorof Minsk SRI of Radiomaterials, head of Special Design Office of Electronics at SPC Integral (Bela-rus). He received a C.Sc. degree in 1980 and a D.Sc. degree in 1993. His current research interestsare design of microelectronic devices, based on advanced physical principles; materials and technol-ogy, including microwave chips; opto-electronic devices; magneto-electric devices; various sensors.

    FEDOTOV Yevgeny Antoninovich (born on 16 February 1926) well-known Sevastopol researcher ofA.S. Popovs activity. He initiated the putting of monument to 100-year anniversary of radio invention inSevastopol. He graduated from Naval Academy of Communications (St. Petersburg, Russia) in 1949.

    GALDETSKY Anatoly Vasilievich (born on 2 October 1956) Ph.D., head of FSUE "Istok" (Fryazino).Graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1978. His main research interests aresimulation and development of vacuum microwave devices, microwave electrodynamics.

    GORDIENKO Yury Yemelyanovich (born in1940) Doctor of Science. He is professor, Head of Mi-croelectronics and Electron Devices department in KhNURE. He graduated form Kharkov NationalUniversity (faculty of radio physics) in 1962. He received C.Sc. degree in 1969 and D.Sc. doctoral the-sis degree in 1985. His main research interests are microwave diagnostics of semiconductors,nanoelectronics and nanotechnologies. He is the author of over 200 scientific articles. He holds over

    30 patents. He is co-author of 5 educational supplies in the field of microelectronics. He is the memberof advisory committee of instrument-making at Department of education and science of Ukraine.

    GROMOV Dmitry Viktorovich (born on 4 May 1949) Doctor of Science, Professor of Electronics Fac-ulty at Moscow Institute of Physics & Engineering (MIPE), head of Spels Co. department (Moscow).He received degree in automation and electronics from MIPE in 1972, a C.Sc. in 1983, and a D.Sc in2001. His scientific interests include radiation effects in semiconductor microwave electronics, electro-magnetic resistance of electron devices. He is author and co-author of over 90 scientific articles, in-cluding 1 monograph, 24 papers in different scientific magazines. He holds 8 inventors certificates and3 patents.

    GUIMPILEVICH Yuri Borisovich (born on 16 April 1950) D.Sc., Professor, head of Radio EngineeringDepartment at Sevastopol National Technical University. He graduated from Sevastopol Institute of In-strumentation. His research interests are in microwave measurements. He is author of about 100 tech-

    nical papers and 30 patents concerning the problem of waveguide measurements, including those,based on multi-port calibrated circuits. The devices for integral control of various waveguide systems(including space vehicles) have been practically implemented.

    GYUNTER Victor Jakovlevich (born on 11 July 1945) C.Sc., director-general of research-and-production company Mikran, research manager in SRI of Electric Communication Systems at TomskUniversity of Control Systems and Radioelectronics. He graduated from Tomsk Institute of Radioelec-tronics and Electronic Engineering in 1969. In 1976 defended his C.Sc. thesis. His scientific interestsinclude microwave technology and telecommunication systems. He is Chevalier of Order For Ser-vices.

    ILCHENKO Mikhail Yefimovich (born on 13 September 1941) Professor, Doctor of Science, Corre-sponding Member of Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences, winner of USSR and Ukraine StatePrize in the field of science & technology. He is a Honorary Scientist of Ukraine, Honorary Member ofIEEE and other international Academies of Science. Prof. M.Ye. Ilchenko is pro-rector of UNTU KievPolytechnic Institute, the head of Communications Department and director of TelecommunicationsSRI at UNTU KPI. At present he conducts scientific research in the field of theoretical radio engineer-ing, radio-physics and microwave technology. He designs the new class of microwave telecommunica-tion devices and systems. Co-chairman of CriMiCo Program Committee in 2003-2005.

    IVANCHUK Nikolay Andreyevich (born on 2 January 1946) Academician of International Communi-cations Academy and International Academy of Natural and Social Sciences, Professor, Doctor of Sci-ence, deputy chief of Radioelectronic Industry Department at Russian Federal Industrial Agency. Hegraduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1968. For the period 1990-1992 hewas rector of All-Union Institute of Supervisors and Engineers Advanced Training; since 1992 he wasdirector of General Scientific Department at Russian Ministry of Industry; since 1993 he was deputychief of General Directorate of Communications Industry at Russian State Committee of DefenseDepartment. He is Honorary Radio Specialist of Russia; Russian Defense Department Prize winner.He is co-chairman of CriMiCo Program Committee since 2006.

    KARUSHKIN Nikolay Fyodorovich (born in Yaroslavl, Russia on 8 March 1939) Candidate of Sci-ence, head of department in SRI ORION. He graduated from Kharkov State University and receivedhis C.Sc degree from SPC Istok (Fryazino, Russia). He is the winner of Ukraine State Prize in thefield of science & technology. The subject of his current scientific interest is design of solid state de-vices for millimeter and sub-millimeter bands.

    KISTCHINSKY Andrey Alexandrovich (born on 4 December 1959) Candidate of Science, deputy di-rector general chief designer of Microwave Systems Close Corporation (Moscow, Russia). In 1983he graduated from Moscow Institute of Electronics. In 1992 he defended his thesis about FET nonlin-ear microwave devices design. His scientific interests cover methods of creation of wideband micro-wave amplifiers, control devices and solid-state circuits, superwideband active phase antenna arraysand their elements. Over 50 papers. Deputy of CriMiCo Program Committee Co-Chairman in 2003-2005.

    KOROLYOV Aleksandr Nikolayevich (born in 1940) Candidate of Science, director general of FSUESPC Istok (Fryazino), Academician of International Academy of Applied Radioelectronics. He gradu-ated from Lvov Polytechnic Institute in 1963. He worked in Central Experimental Communications Insti-

    tute at Ministry of Defense of USSR and Radioengineering Institute at Academy of Sciences of USSR.He is State Prize winner in the field of science and technology, Russian Defense Department Prizewinner.

    KORSHUNOV Fyodor Pavlovich (born on 15 May 1934) Doctor of Science, Professor, Correspond-ing Member of NAS of Belarus. He is well-known scientist in the field of solid-state radiation physics,laureate of Belarus State Prize. He received degree in electrical engineering from Riga Military Collegein 1957. He took part in nuclear tests in Novaya Zemlya. Since 1962 till present he worked in the Insti-tute of Solid-State Physics and Semiconductors (currently he is deputy director of scientific research).He is author and co-author of over 400 scientific papers, including 3 monographs. He is the member ofscientific councils concerning solid-state radiation physics and solid-state physics. He was awarded theOrder of Honor.

    KURAYEV Alexander Alexandrovich (born on 11 December 1937 in Saratov, Russia) Professor,Doctor of Science, honored worker of Republic Belarus, head of Antennas and microwave devicesDepartment of Belarus State University of Informatics and Radio electronics. He published 6 mono-graphs and more than 200 scientific papers. He develops the scientific trend of theoretical investiga-tion, mathematical simulation and optimization of linear and non-linear electromagnetic processes forapplication in microwave electronics and electrodynamics. Deputy of CriMiCo Program Committee Co-Chairman since 2003.

    LIPATOV Anatoly Alexeyevich (born in 1929) Candidate of Science, the leading scientist of SC atUkraine Ministry of Defense, Professor of Telecommunications Department at UNTU KPI. The sub-ject of his scientific and educational activity covers microwave telecommunication systems and tech-nology. He is the winner of Ukraine State Prize in the field of science & technology. He was awardedthe Red Star Order and medals.
