Creativity is an attempt at taking what is perfect,  to what is perfection; it is the essential element of evolutionary growth. This idea can be applied to people’s lives individually and as well with society as whole. If we were to look at history, humans have been in an endless endeavour at becoming more efficient and civilized. From roaming jungles,  humans decided to live together, collectively organized in villages and cities. There is countless advancements  in many fields such as this one,  but all have one thing in common; there is creative thinkers that spurred the change.  From the first humans who learned to make  tools, to recently when Einstein explained his sciences to the rest of us; it is being able to think creatively which helps people better understand the world they live in. If people were not creative, not only would we still be caveman,  but we would not have the interesting world we have today.  It is now up to students like you and I to be creative and make the world even more intriguing.

The influence of creativity starts early. When younger and not yet in school, alot of the early years are spent at home watching TV and playing toys. Now that I can relate my past to creativity I realize TV shows like Sesame street and Mr. Dress-up are attempting to spark creativity in the minds of kids. I believe shows like this are vital in opening creative channels in the mind.

Television

Today schools must support and put in place a system that promotes creative thinking. I feel I have been fortunate since I had a good experience with creativity in my schooling. In my elementary years I can remember classes like music, art, science which really forced to put to use our creative capacities. Today I can play a Dhol (an indian drum); music helped me appreciate instruments. The same goes for the arts and sciences, these types of classes are key because they open creative pathways for the future in fields like drama and engineering.

I was creative with my car in highschool. I got it stock and completely changed it up. Everything from the engine to the body.

o One of the creative elements I reflect is that I am a very abstract thinker. I like to look at ideas and issues from different angles and perspectives. Always with the perfect comment.

o I am strong when it comes to leadership. Leaders have to be able to “rally the troops”. This idea can be applied to a manager pumping up his or her employees , or captain encouraging their players to give a good game.

o Another passion of mine, and a growing passions among many others is photography. Photography allows everyday people like me be creative.

ORGANIZING, NETWORKING About a year ago, I put together a soccer

team from scratch. My creative abilities were put in to use when I had to recruit players. I created eye-catching posters to pull players in. As well, I had to be creative with the location, by finding the areas with the most traffic. I went to gyms, schools, and even facebook.

CAPTAIN & COACH Of the same soccer team, I am the

captain, coach, and organizer. When it comes to pep talks, motivational speeches, drills, I am the person the team looks up to. Every game and every practice I use my creativity to be this leader. Whether it be me showing a new move on the field, or saying the vital words before the game, they all require creative thinking.

Creativity is vital in life because it can to apply to all aspects; from family situations to school projects like this one. Its the idea of taking something, and making it more bearable for yourself and those around you. Creativeness is the separating factor between basic everyday life, and a more fulfilling interesting life.

In the this fast pace world we live in, change happens before we now it. I believe creative thinkers are the first step in everyday changes. New movies, neat gadgets, and popular web pages are products of creative thinkers of my generation.

With so many advancements in ever-changing world, creative thinkers are very crucial in directing it on the right path. In areas like nano-technology, cancer research, and bio-fuels, society needs people who can think outside the box. These break throughs lies in the hands of todays creative thinkers.

The approach to creativity has changed drastically from when I was younger. The youth now have computers , with which the possibilities are endless. Programs like Photoshop and Cool Edit(Music Editor) help immensely. I also noticed the way playgrounds, rooms, toys are made these days, and they all promote creative thinking. Researchers have realized that we must start early with children in order from them to be intelligent thinkers in the future.

ATHLETICS

Playing soccer for many years and progressing my skills, I have become a more creative player on the field; in passing and movement. The experience with soccer when younger at camps, and practices have been key. It is has been a great experience because I enjoyed myself when playing.

EDUCATION

I think I am priviledged to be in school because of all the knowledge I attain on day to day basis. Taking classes from a wide varietey of fields really opened my mind and helps me be creative. Classes like Art, Drama,and Writing have helped significantly. The reason why education has been good experience is because I value learning and its benefits.
