Founded in 1968 as a small manufacturer of souvenir jewelry, Dion today operates a

modern, 30,000 square foot facility, processing materials such as karat gold, sterling silver

and copper-based alloys. We are a fully-integrated manufacturer with die striking, casting,

plating and finishing handled by our internal team of more than100 jewelry professionals.

Product ServicesE.A. Dion has a menu of product services that satisfies even the most discerning customer request. These services are offered as a means to allow our distributors to present a comprehensive, end-to-end service offering. In addition to product design, customization, personalization, identification and shipping, these services include:

• Product Warranty – All Dion products are warranted for life to be free of manufacturing defects or they will be repaired or replaced at no cost excluding damage as a result of normal wear and tear or abuse.

• Product Packaging – Dion offers a full range of packaging options ranging from the least expensive plastic poly-bag toindividualized wooden or metal presentations.

• Product Sampling – Dion sampling capability focuses on accuracy and speed. Often the final approval step, the scope of sampling may be a single product or a total program depending on various requirements.

Administrative ServicesDetail, organization and follow through often determine the ultimate success of a project. To that end, we offer the following:

Technical Services, including the data management of supplied lists, the distribution of award or notification material to qualified participants and response capture, are all vital to a project’s success.

Communications Services, such as the distribution of program rules, congratulatory letters, ordering instructions and postcard response vehicles, can all be handled by Dion.
