Creating an Outlook 2013 MS Exchange Account
Step 1: Make sure you close MS Outlook Application first Step 2: Open CONTROL PANEL

(Windows button) + X in your keyboard click CONTROL PANEL in basic command
Show CHIME Click SETTINGS
Step 3: Open Mail 32bit
If you’re using Windows 7 or Windows 8
Open Mail (32bit)
Or.. Simply search the word MAIL in Search Control Panel Textbox…
Change the View by: to LARGE ICONS
If you’re using Windows Vista
If you’re using WinXP
Open View 32bit Control Panel Items
Open Mail
Open Mail
Step 4: Create Email Account (for NEW / Existing Mail Profile)
If this is the first time you use Outlook as your email client, you need to create profile…
However, if profile exists, you will see below form instead…
Click Add
Type Profile Name and Hit OK
Click EMAIL ACCOUNTS
Note: Just in case it asked you to choose service, choose EMAIL ACCOUNT then click NEXT
This is where you will see all of your existing Email Account(s). Make sure you delete the OLD Money Concepts Account after email migration.
Click NEW
ADD ACCOUNT form will pop-up
Provide your details and credential. Important: Make sure you enter the right password (twice) Click NEXT
If you need to manually configure an account, the next page would show you how.
Instead of providing your name and details, simply choose; MANUAL SETUP / ADDITONAL SERVER TYPE radio button. (see next page for illustration)
Anyway, if you successfully created an account using above procedures,
you could skip and go straight to the last page.
ADD Account form will pop-up
Choose MANUAL SETUP
Click NEXT
Choose Microsoft Exchange or Compatible Service Then, click Next Choose Microsoft Exchange or Compatible Service
Then, click Next
- Type the Exchange Account Name - Click APPLY - Then click Connection Tab
- Enter Server name - Enter User Name (Email Address) - Scroll all the way to the right (ALL) - Click More Settings
Check Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP Click Exchange Proxy Settings
- Enter the URL - Click OK
Click Check Name to verify account
Click OK
Once the Server and User Name have been checked and underlined, Click NEXT
If you need to change login name, just click
Use Another Account and provide your
credential.
Note: Your username is your Email address.
Enter Password Then click OK
If you reached this stage, you successfully created an exchange account… For security reasons, please change your account’s default password. Change it by login in to Outlook Web App (OWA): https://exchange.MoneyConcepts.com If visual instruction is needed, ask [email protected] Click FINISH
[email protected] Enter your full Email address Enter your Password Click OK
Open Microsoft Outlook, it will ask you for username and password, login using your credentials. Check REMEMBER MY CREDENTIALS if you don’t want to login every time you open the application.
