This includes but not limited to changes to scripts, vocabulary, reports, look-ups and templates  Customisation – Any work that is not covered in configuration activities and represents a functional change within the software, to program code and for stores procedures. Hardware – Unless the option of implementation is by Application Service Provider (ASP), all computer hardware, software and communication links shall be provided by CLIENT Tax – Our price does not include Taxes
