INTRODUCTION

• A contributor is someone who contributes to the group on a regular and large scale basis.

• When faced with a challenge, the Contributor’s first response is: “Can we find a solution?”

• This is unlike a Non-contributor who may respond to the challenge by trying a little and giving up, blaming others, or finding excuses to cover up the issue.

• The Contributor also finds a solution. In other words, the Contributor develops the capacity to find solutions through continuous practice and learning from other Contributors.

• Students should be able to understand every difficulties and every little details with ease and they should be able to learn where and how to imply them easily.

• She takes her work seriously and teach the students cheerfully and in a way , so the students can learn the subject without getting bored.

Qualities of a Successful Teacher

• According to her, a successful teacher is the one who tries and makes it possible to bring out the best in his/her students, who encourages the student to do his best in the field of his interests.

• She cares about her every student and gives her extra attention to those students who are weak in the subjects and doesn’t stop trying till they have gained their confidence.

Challenges…Opportunity or Hurdle???

• During her entire career, she have faced many challenges and she takes them as the opportunities given her to improve her work by improving her teaching style.

• As a contributor should take the challenges as the opportunities, not as the hurdles in his/her career like a non-contributor.

• She is satisfied with her job both – internally and externally.

• When her students know the difficult answers and become successful in their future, it gives her internal happiness. • She say that any one can make his or her work strong by encouragement.

• She does believes in rewards, because it increases the self- confidence and she gets her encouragement for her job- fulfilment purpose.

Correspondence with Seniors-Juniors

• Sometimes, it happens that her fellow junior teachers/senior teachers don’t work properly and they just ignore the students’ problems.

• At these times, she tries to solve the problem of the students if she can or she tries to make the teachers understand that as a teachers they should give their 100% to the students and they are their priorities and gives them different ideas to improve their methods of teaching. And as for the senior teachers, she tries to make them understand their duty with the right words.

Contribution

• According to her, she tries to contribute to the school where she is working, by improving the knowledge of the students studying there and trying to make everyone work together for best results.

• Apart from that, she teaches the students nearby her home and the students from other schools without any expectations of extra rewards, only with the purpose of contributing to the society.

Vision….

• Her short term vision is to get true acknowledgment of her good work from the people who disagree with her work.

• But her long term vision is to give the students each and every type of knowledge which she posses and to help every child who don’t have easy access to make their dreams real.

Personal Experience

• In the starting of her career, once when she visited a village and saw the children there were not able to attend school because of money issues, saw the lack of education and awareness, then she decided.

• From that time, she goes to that village and teaches the children there, gives them whatever education she can give them.

Suggestions for Youth

• She wants the youth to take their education seriously and share their knowledge to anyone who wants it, because it gives happiness to themselves and to the others.

My conclusion...

• From our conversion and whatever I got to know about Miralma’m, I think she possesses the qualities like – quality of leadership, deep involvement in work, positive thinking, result-focused on her mission, creative and hard working.

• Of course, no-one can be said a contributor throughout his/her life, but from my point of view, what Miralma’m has done and what she is doing, she is a contributor to the society.

Thank You…
