Runners should come prepared to run out doors, with appropriate running clothes and tennis shoes. Running club will be cancelled if it is raining. A club maximum of 60 participants will be allowed.

The M&M team, lead by Mrs. Hudson will tum themselves into super thinkers who use critical thinking strategies to work on brain teasers, games and puzzles. We will play, laugh and leam. Payment (if applicable): Late or partial payment will not be accepted. All checks should be made out to CCAS. Please refer to the club description sheet for information on clubs. Additional information will be provided by email on or before the date listed in the club description. Unless otherwise noted in the club description, return all payment and forms to your child's homeroom teacher. Make a copy for your records, as all dismissal procedures and stipulations are located at the bottom of this form. 'Please make sure there is only one form for each enrichment. All students will receive confirmation of club acceptance. Enrichment programs are non-refundable, except for long-term hospitalization or the cancellation of a program due to low enrollment. Students may be dismissed from club without refund due to inappropriate behavior. There will be a bounced check fee of $25 per check. Students will be dismissed through normal carpool procedures . Please be sure to have a yellow carpool card for pick up. Students who are not picked up on time will be signed into and charged for After Care. By signing this, you acknowledge that your child will be supervised by either a fingerprinted and approved outside vendor (non-CCAS employee) or a CCAS employee.
