CISD COVID-19 Testing Process for persons with symptoms or confirmed exposure:

1. Call 936-523-2469 from 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri to request an appointment (subject to appointment availability)

2. Receive email or text for appointment confirmation

3. Follow instructions to complete registration process

4. If it is determined COVID test is necessary, Lone Star will contact you with results in 5-7 days

COVID-19 services are available to CISD employees at our Conroe location.
