ELEVATA - MANHOLE COVER & FRAME


ElevAta - single fix solution for raising ironwork.ElevAta has been designed specifically to make the process of raising ironwork on Estate Roadsboth quick & easy, the frame only needs to be bedded in once and the whole assembly can thenbe raised in minutes using the bolting kits supplied. ElevAta installation involves 2 basic steps.

First Fix - Install the unit frame level to the binder course (lowered position). It is recommendedthat the installer has purchased one raising unit (3) to provide a reference level for the final surfacingcourse. Two heights of raising frames are available, which can raise the assemble 30mm & 40mmto suit the 2 standard surfacing course depths for Estate roads.

Second Fix - Raising the assembly to the surfacing course level. Simply order the correct heightsof raising frame (30mm or 40mm), then fllow the instruction manual and bolting kit supplied to fixthe raising frame into position and replace the cover/grating.

An innovative design led to the development of ELEVATA. In response to the high costs associated with the reinstatement of iron work ELEVATA provides contractors with a simple andefficient method of raising manholes quickly and safely without having to break out and re-bed the assembly.


ELEVATA - GULLY GRATE & FRAME


Benefits of the ElevAta design:

• Only one bedding installation required.• Time saved, typically it takes 2hrs to raise 1 manhole cover (+24hrs curing time), ElevAta can reduce this time to under 10 mins for a manhle cover & less that 5 mins for a gully grating.

• No jack hammer required, removing the risk of damage to the bedding sub-structures & manhole cover frame.

• No requirement to build-up the suppporting substructures.• ElevAta provides a useful and accurate reference for both the Binder course level (lowered position) & the surfacing course level (raised position), ensuring the optimum tarmac depth is maintained.

• The ElevAta grating incorporates DTH (Double Tri Hinged) patented design feature, the grating is both captive hinge and double triangular (non-rocking).

• Fully Kitemarked in both lowered and raised positions.
