I will publish this magazine on a monthly basis, producing this magazine monthly allows me to include more information, articles and photographs which are three of the main features which in my survey where chosen as the most popular features that interest people in magazines. Monthly magazines also usually contain a large amount of advertisements which is a major advantage of producing a magazine monthly. Including advertisements such as concerts/tours will interest the audience; also people tend to trust magazine advertisements more than other media such as Facebook. The advertisements in the magazine also relate and are targeted to the features in the magazine this will appeal to the audience more. Also if the advertisement’s that are published in your magazine are reliable and of a good standard, it will help to create your brand image. Publishing your magazine monthly also allows you to have higher quality features such as printing onto higher quality paper, better quality photographs ect. Having these features up to a high standard gives the magazine an aesthetic and professional appearance/finish which will interest the audience to buying the magazine as it looks well maintained.

This magazine will be distributed for £3.99, from my research 50% of the people who took my survey said they would not buy a magazine for over £4 therefore putting my magazine for £4 or more pound I am instantly cutting my sales in half. Also saying £3.99 seems a lot cheaper than saying £4 so will not put people off. Also with it being a monthly magazine you can’t sell it too cheap as you will not make profits due to using things such as high quality paper.
