COURSE TITLE: FORCE OPTIONS SIMULATOR INSTRUCTOR
OVERVIEW: This course is designed as a “train the trainer” class and meets all requirements for POST Force Options Simulator Instructor certification. This class will provide the trainer with an in-depth understanding of scenario-based training, increase their knowledge of Federal and State laws governing use of force, and they will increase their knowledge of case laws and department policies regarding use of force.
Students will be required to present a block of instruction on an assigned portion of the POST 4-Hour Force Options Simulator class. They will also be required to pass a written exam with a score of 100%.
