    COUNTY WIDE TEXT AMENDMENTS

    SHOULD BE DENIED !

County Staff and the County Attorney recommend denial.

The amendments would destroy environmental protectionpolicies in our Comprehensive Plan that has allowed a balance

of development and protection of natural resources.

Changing the text would allow a negative cumulativeenvironmental impact.

Changing the text would be inconsistent with the Countysvision, the Comprehensive Plan, Land Development Code andthe State Statutes.
