Educational Improvement Tax Credit ProgramMotivating companies to invest in public schools

The EITC program provides a win-win proposition for area businesses: support the Foundation and receive a 75-90% credit on their state taxes !

Administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the EITC program awards tax credits to businesses that make contributions to approved

scholarship organizations and/or educational improvement organizations.

Teacher Grant Program

                   Who can apply?

• All Council Rock Staff

• Community organizations

• PTO/PTA/Home and School Associations

Funding priorities: Education Foundation grants support the creation of innovative, unique programs to benefit students both in and out of the classroom. Funding for special technology or equipment such as iPads and smartboards is only applicable when clearly an integral part of an innovative grant program proposal.
