Recommended practice to maximise the lifespan of the sheetDuggan Profiles recommends the use of a single sheet from ridge to eaves. Where this is not practical a DPC strip should be used at the location of joints to minimise the risk of corrosive contamination at the location of cut edges and to maximise the lifespan of the sheet. Edge protecting paint should also be applied on cut edges.
