Performance Evaluation

One of the most important ways our centre can grow and improve our services is to ask some very important questions to you, our most valued client. We would like to know the good, the bad and the ugly plus any other interesting aspects about your time with us. We have included a link to a „Performance Evaluation’ to this letter. We are sending these out to all our past and current clients to help in our continuing effort to improve our service to you. We feel that this format will allow the best possibility for you to be completely honest with us. You can keep the evaluation anonymous, or tell us who you are. It is completely up to you. We would appreciate you spending a few minutes of your time to let us know how we are doing. We promise that whatever the results are, good or bad; we will take immediate steps to correct the problems and expand the good! Once your information is received we will be able to take the necessary steps towards continuous improvement. The Beyond Good Health Centre uses this survey data in various aspects of its business operations within Australia and around the world to continuously improve client experience and address areas of concern. By providing us with your evaluations of our facilities, service levels and staff, we will have the opportunity to assure that your future expectations are always met and to provide you with information about new initiatives and programs when they come available. Please complete your evaluation as soon as possible, so that we can compile the results. If you would like it to be confidential please print and post it to us.
