The festivity of the Body of Christ Between May and June

One of the oldest and most enchanting religious festivities is "Corpus Domini", that is "Corpus Christi day".

It takes place between May and June, it depends on the date of Easter.

Different parishes of the town make mosaics with the petals of flowers near their church. The Abbot carries in procession the Body of Christ in a precious golden ostensory stopping in all the parishes to pray at the altars placed near the mosaics.
